MacBook Pro charging issues

Can i use the expensive 100w third party cable for charging my macbook pro like the breaded one or should i use the official one? Does the third party cable decrease my battery health?

Is this safe for my macbook to charging with it?

See this: About Mac power adapters - Apple Support

"If your Mac uses USB-C to charge, you can charge your Mac notebook with

any USB-C power adapter or display. For the best charging experience,

you should use the power adapter and cable included with your Mac

notebook. "
