How do I retrieve pictures that I lost from icloud restore ?

My iphone was stolen. Thereafter I reinstalled my older iphone from my icloud back-up. Unfortunately the storage on the old iphone was not enough to download everything including my pictures. From the 4500 pictures only 300 were downloaded.

Every night my iphone automatically makes a back-up to my icloud. How do I retrieve that pictures I lost from icloud back-up?
