iPad apps not being updated

I have an app which host outside of App Store (using Azure).

Recently when come to the app update, the downloading wheel did appears and completed. However, when launch the app itself, it still showing the old version of the app.

If your IT Team host compatible Enterprise Apps externally to the Apple App Store, you will need to seek assistance from the Team that centrally manage your iPad.
