Touch bar not working on Macbook pro 2016

I've formatted drive/partitions before installation of newest OS. Used other mac air with m1 chip to make bootable usb installer. Installed os without any problems, and touch bar is not starting up.

What i've also noticed that touch bar settings from System Preferences > Keyboard disappeared and controlstrip service doesn't exist at all.

I've tried many solutions from web(reset/refresh many services)and nothing helped.

Also tried to install Big Sur, still nothing.

In order to check if its hardware problem i installed windows 10 on it, and touch bar works flawlessly.

Please help, I have no ideas left to try.

Is it possible that macbook works better with windows on it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

You can Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Even though SMC controls the touchbar, some USB is in play, so this would be NVRAM

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
