Hi there. My bank account has been reduced by 470,000 Vietnam Dong on 25 Oct 2021 because of an app that I didn't tend to buy. I requested a refund on that day and my ID showed that Apple has already confirmed the refund. However, today, 4 Nov 2021, I still cannot receive the refund yet. What can I do now?
