Apple refund never received

Hello, a month ago i was approved a refund of 33.94$ and its says it has been refunded on repostaproblem.apple.com but I never received it on my bank account. I did go to the bank and they say I need to provide some proof of a refund, maybe on paper if I can get something like that. Only proof I can provide is screenshot of the site where says its been refunded and nothing more. I need help because its past 30+ days
