Apps

Most of my apps are not working. They are saying that I do not have internet connection, yet I do. I can make calls and send texts. I also try to connect to wifi but it does not connect. I have talked to my carrier and we have tried to fix the issue yet they could not resolve it.

Apps won't connect to the internet but could it be SIM I have a problem with my iPhone 8. I can use email, internet explorer and text messages, but none of my apps will connect to the internet, and, even though it says I am connected to WIFI in 'settings', the WIFI symbol does not appear in the top left hand corner. It doesn't help if I turn WIFI off and use my mobile date either. In desperation I did a factory reset on the phone and set it up again but it didn't help. It started about the same time as I got a new credit card and one Apple payment was declined, but this was resolved when I updated my card. Thank you

Apps are not loading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max So I updated to the iso 15.5 update on my Iphone 13 Pro Max, today June 01,2022. Now all my apps will not load and say that I am not connected to internet when my cellular data is on and when connected to wifi. I don't know if it is just me or is happening to everyone who was able to update their phones. I've connected my carrier and it's nothing on their end only thing I've done is update my phone. Why dont my apps work even when connected to the internet? everytime i go anywhere outside my house, my apps start to lose connection even when i have four bars or perfect wifi. I restarted my phone alot, checked my networks and wifi, turned on airplane mode and turned it off, i have on my cellular data and even checked my vpn however nothing works. It started happening a little before i got notifications for a new ios update, so I thought that was the problem and updated my phone in hopes of it fixing the problem, however the same problem was there, any help please?
