App is not shown on iPhone but is searchable. Is it hidden?
Is there a way apps are hidden? I don't see it the phone but comes up when I search it. How to unhide the app?
Any known resolutions?

On the home screen, swipe all the way to the right to get into the App Library. Do you see it in there? If so, hold your finger on it until it starts to wiggle then drag it to your home screen.
