I did something that made my Noom app disappear from my home screens. I can find it by swiping to the right searching for it. It will open, and I can use it that way, but I don't want to have to keep swiping and searching in order to use the app since I use it several times a day.
How do I get it back on the home screen (any of them)?

In the App Library select the icon you want to copy and hold your finger on it until it wiggles. Then slide it to the left and place it anywhere on your home screens.

It sounds like you accidentally moved your App to the App Library. Go to the App Library, Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support, press and hold on the App, and select "Add to Home Screen".
