all songs from the saved ones have disappeared

I have lost all the songs that I saved over the years. Its very important to me. Can they be restored?

If you had purchased then you can redownload them anytime.
If you had downloaded using a Subscription and had discontinued the subscription, all your songs are gone. Even if you resubscribe all the songs will have to be redownloaded.
