How do I get my songs back? I have done it once and altho I have followed advice, can't do it now. Thanks.

Same problem, but song not showing in “purchased” and In iTunes all results of the song have the amount for purchase, as none of them have “play” as if I paid for it. I’ve followed EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF ADVICE. The site I was sent to to file a claim found the music WITH MY RECEIPT but just on a list, no link for possible redownload. It’s happened before, but I just blew it off. Not this time. I don’t want this to continue to be a problem
