Iphone11 won't stay turned off!

Charged iPhone up all night, only went to 89%, it was drained without me using it within a few hours there were a few Safari and chrome windows open only. I turn the iPhone off to charge it faster, when I notice it turns off for maybe a minute and then reboot itself. Tried on multiple occasions turning it off, watched it turn completely off and then within a minute completely it's back on. I then did a force reboot and then turned it off, same thing 60 seconds later it powers on. There are/has been no damage to phone.

Do you start charging before or after you power off the device? If you plug in a device that is powered off, it will automatically begin booting itself. As to your battery draining, if you recently updated to iOS 15 a lower battery life is to be expected for a few days or so after updating.

Mine now doing this too. "This is normal"? Really? When I want it completely off, it needs to stay off. Absolutely stay off. I attend classical music concerts and have to be able to trust it to stay off during a performance. Turning itself on in my pocket, unbidden, and then ringing as a call comes in, is completely unacceptable. Fix this. Thanks.
