As I changed my apple id on my phone in the new id it's showing My watch when I am restarting the watch it getting old Apple id which password I forgot the password. due to it my apple watch connect

When you say you changed the Apple ID, did you do this by truly changing it, or did you do this by creating a new account? To me it sounds like the latter. You will need access to the old account.
