Hi there, i forgot password of apple id in my watch and then i reset it but it doesn’t work, who knows how to reset in that way that is gonna be from the beginning please i need your help, my watch is model of series 3

You need to unlock it. I would suggest you take back to the Apple you brought it and see if they can help you.

Yes , but in the watch is another apple id in my phone another , in my watch i forgot the pasword and now i can’t reactivate it

You have to have the the apple id and password to unlock the watch so that you can use it again;

The store in Canada that sold your father a watch,was it an apple store?,if not then your father has probably been sold a watch with an activation lock on it.
Well if you forgot the password then the watch is of no use to you,
