Good Afternoon mashood96,

We understand that you're having connectivity issues on your iPhone 6, so let's see how we can help with that.

For a better understanding, can you answer the following questions?

  • Are you seeing connectivity issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular data?
  • Have you changed any settings on your iPhone since this started, or restarted your iPhone?
  • Are you noticing connectivity issues in a specific area, or everywhere?

We'd recommend checking out the following resource to see if the information is able to help with clearing up what is occurring. In addition to that, if you remove the case on the iPhone (if you have one,) does that clear up the connectivity concerns that you have?

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Have a great day!

Hi Bradon,

I have started facing these issues right after I updated my IOS from 12.5.4 to 12.5.5 (right when my iphone restarted after the update). I haven’t done any changes to my cellular settings. Core problems I have encountered after this upgrade include:

  1. Wifi signal dropped to 1 or in fact complete gone as I leave the room in which the router is being placed.
  2. Wifi signals appearing to be 2, while i’m sitting next to the router
  3. Cellular signals also being dropped from 4 to 2. It’s been a week (after the update) that I have ever seen 4 signals against my cellular or wifi connectivity.
  4. Bluetooth connectivity automatically lost against air-buds

I have another iPhone device with me (XSMax - IOS 15) which is being connected to same router & air-buds but doesn’t get any such error.

I believe some updates in 12.5.5 caused this issue in old devices. Hope to hear soon from you on possible solutions or another update on iPhone 6.. (:
