How to restore my web history

No. Backups must be made before you need them; after is too late.

No. The only auto backups are the iCloud backups that you can enable by going to Settings[your name]/iCloud and enabling automatic backups.

If you restore your phone using your computer and the phone is working it will back it up before restoring, but not if you are just updating. But you can check in iTunes preferences, or Manage Backups if you have a Mac with Catalina or later.

Thanks, I deleted them from an iMac running Big Sur 11.2.3, I know the owner tried to see the web history on their iphone with an icloud email address and couldn't see it, so I think I'm just stuck and won't be able to retrieve. Thought I'd reach out here to see if there was any hope, but I think I just gorked it big time. Appreciate the info.

You would have to restore from an earlier back up you made, losing all data from after that backup.
