My web history will not delete
I cannot delete my web history. I can see the clear button but it won't work

So sorry . I got busy but I figured it out. I had a setting in Screen Time on that should not have been... ugg . Also my birth year in my Apple account would not reset from 2543. That was because of an incorrect setting in my Calender. Thank you so much for the help🌸
