Enter Sandman replaced with spastic static in Apple Music

Twenty seconds into Enter Sandman (the version I ripped from CD years ago) everything gets replaced with static that blips on and off in both speakers individually. When I try to download the song because I'm streaming it, I get error code -1007. This doesn't happen to any other song on the Black Album, or in my whole library for that matter. This has never happened before. It seems to be a problem with the file somewhere. What do I do?

Apple music version is 1.1.6.37 on macOS 11.5.2
