I cannot find my phone app on my new iPhone 12 mini

How do I get the phone app back on my iPhone 12 mini? I did not remove it, but I cannot find it. I tried the search (suggested) but there was no search bar when I swiped down from the top of the screen.

My pre installed phone app on iPhone 13 I accidentally deleted the pre installed phone app ( green icon ) it is somewhere hidden on my phone. How do I find it and restore it ( the previous two posts were no help ) thanx

Never mind! I reset my home screen layout and found it!
