Apple music - Changing the region

I had to unsubscribe Apple Music in order to change my region - but it's still active until my next renewal date.


1) While it's still active, can I not change my region? It says "You are still subscribing to Apple Music" when I try to switch a region

2) What would happen to all the music/playlists that I created with a previous region? Are they going to be deleted?


If anyone can answer these questions, that'll be appreciated.
