i am having a terrible time replacing the airbuds pro tips , i bought two packs , i have already went through one pack trying to replace pack .one pack comes with 4 tips and they all split in half . my airbuds work fine the only problem is getting the new tips on , do you guys think at the apple store that that someone will put them on or any suggestion that anyone can give. thanks!!!!!
