need help to download word om Mac
I need to download Word but it comes up " can not be installed on "Macintosh HD" because macOS version 10.14 or later is required."
Where can I fix this?

You would need to install Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 for Mac on a Mac running macOS 10.14.* — or later. Those are Microsoft's requirements, and when macOS Monterey is released, the minimum operating system to install MS Office will be updated to require Catalina (10.15.7).
You either upgrade your operating system, or do without Microsoft products until you do. That is the fix.
Alternatively, there is the free LibreOffice Suite that is a clone of Microsoft Office and can open and save your existing Office documents. It does not include a Mail client. Softmaker Office is supported on macOS 10.12 and later, and is also a very good paid replacement for MS Office. Again, no Mail client, but there is a free trial.
