Charging

Installed iOS 14.7 on iPad Pro and after market (Anker brand) charging cable no longer works. Shows charging immediately upon plugging in then changes to Not Charging. Tried two different cables. Both cables work on non apple devices. Ideas? Assist?

I did a hard reset per the instructions from Apple Support and it seems to have corrected the issue. Thank you. The plus with the Anker is the length of the cable. Cannot find an Apple brand longer that 3 ft.

We also recommend trying an Apple branded charging cable or another charging cable to see if your iPad charges. Are you able to charge another iPad or Apple device using the Anker charging cable? Let us know the results.
