What time does iPhone SE make backup to iCloud? It says I have to connect to wifi, power and lock the screen. I did it in the evening but there's no backup in the morning.

- Make sure that you have enough space on iCloud to start the backup and complete it.
- Turn OFF Low Power Mode if you use it.
- Try creating a manual backup on iCloud to ensure that it completes without issues.
- Finally, to answer your question, There is no set time when the first automatic iCloud backup will occur. Once your iPhone backs up to iCloud automatically, then it will attempt to create backups one a day at or around the same time if the iPhone meets the conditions.
