Iwatch download Spotify not working

I've got the option Tap Download to Apple Watch on my Iphone Spotify. I've got an iwatch 6. When tapping and looking on my watch sometimes a download appears, sometimes not. And when appearing it stops and no progress can be seen.

What's the problem?

Why is it useless to ask Spotify for help with their product?

  • It is Spotify's software on the iPhone and the Apple Watch.
  • It is a service you are paying Spotify for.
  • Apple is not involved in any part of the music transfer.
