Cannot add apps to my Apple Watch

I am trying to add the Spotify app to my apple watch. Both my phone and watch are at the latest update.

The app works on the phone, however when I press install via the watch app on my phone it thinks about it and does not install. I tried other apps and get the same result.

I have also restarted both the phone and the watch.

Any hints??
