Locked Notes

I don’t remember my notes password. Heck, I don’t even remember setting up a password. I only made one locked note, and I only accessed it with Face ID— I didn’t put a password in it at all. Now my phone restarted, and it wants me to open the notes with a PASSWORD. It doesn’t allow me to use Face ID. I swear I didn’t put one! Can’t I do anything else to access it?
