I forgot the password to my locked notes and do not understand my hint. Can anyone help me?

I locked my notes and I usually unlock the notes on my iphone with my face ID. However, there is no option for me to use my face ID. The notes want me to use my password. But I can not remember my pasword. There is a hint and I do not understand what I put. Please can someone help, ASAP!!
