Retrieve reset erased data

My girlfriend accidentally reset and erased all data, is it possible to retrieve at least iCloud photos? thank you

Doing this on the iPhone will not erase the data on iCloud. Go to iCloud.com and you should be able to see everything there.

If she had more than 5GB of data and a free iCloud account, not everything was uploaded to iCloud. It that's the case, only solution would be a backup made on a computer, and not one made on a computer using iCloud as the drive, but one made on a computer saving data on the computer itself.
