Hello, I’m wondering if I upgrade my iCloud storage to the 50gb for 0.99$ , does that mean every time I am charged monthly will I be getting an extra 50gb per month ? How does this work ?

No, it means that you a “renting” a constant 50 GB for 0.99 / Mo.
