Please can anyone help, I had a notes locked in notes with my touch in and following an update the Touch ID part has disappeared and it’s asking for a password which I can’t remember it. How can I unlock this note now?

You can't reset the Notes password.
You can change it now for going forward, but past locked notes are inaccessible.

There is nothing to update or fix. This is expected behaviour.
