Unable to access locked notes

Hi there ! I am not able to access my locked notes.

I normally did this through TouchID, I never changed it and all of the sudden the option to use TouchID doesn't even appear. Unfortunately I don't remember setting up a password for them either.

Why is TouchID just not available in my notes even if in settings its clearly activated to be able to view my notes with it ?
