macOS update issues and problem updating

hi, so im having issues with updating even though it says it doesn't have a update available.

so im trying to update my MacBook Pro 15.4in 2012 model and I know it says 2013 model ar later but it says its compatible for my MacBook I have 10.15.7 Catalina and it says it needs 10.9 or later and I have the compatibly for the update Big Sur and it won't update so I need help.

Big Sur requires a Late 2013 or later MacBook Pro as stated.
