Having trouble downloading the software update on my macbook pro.

Hi, I have a macbook pro and I already have the macOS Catalina downloaded but it is version 10.15.4 so there is a system upgrade available. I keep trying to upgrade my system but it is not working. It keeps prompting me to restart my mac regardless of how many time I have already restarted it. What should I do?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Come out of the restart loop.

Click on this link and download the standalone 10.15.5 Combo update.

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2040?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

Once downloaded double-click to install.

Then there was a Supplemental Update again click on this link,

Make a full back up before updating.
