Itunes on HP Windows Laptop cannot connect to my Iphone 12 mini

Question

Hi everyone, I switched to a new Iphone 12 mini a couple of months ago and also a new HP Windows laptop and my iphone cannot connect through Itunes.

before I used to have an Iphone 7 and the same type of laptop.

The message I receive are in below screenshots. Can anyone help with this?

When I try to sync my new iPhone12 Mini I get the message that the Library has insufficient memory. Please help.

Could you please post the exact text of the error message? What is the capacity of your iPhone? How large is your library?
