usb

Hello, can you explain to me why when I connect a usb stick to the macbook it does not show me the content? It appears in the finder, but if I open it it is empty. Thanks a lot to those who will answer.

What volume format is used on the USB storage device?

There can be problems with FAT compatibility, depending on what system initialized the USB storage device, for instance.
