My macbook pro does not see the usb pen drive at the USB-C ports
how to solve it?
I cannot import nor export from/to a usb pen drive

• internal settings in Finder preferences must specify that such drives should be shown in Finder AND
• the drive must be a format the Mac can read.
to determine whether the drive is detected at all, check for it in Disk Utility. if it appears, you can post its information for more assistance.
