I have been missing phone calls from people , like my doctors office or any unknown numbers and they are getting sent right to voice mail without even ringing ... this is getting very annoying
I went to my carrier and they told me to contact apple support so here I am.. can you help me?

Apple doesn't send the call. Your carrier does and they just blew you off.
