incoming calls from Apple Support aren't getting through

I cannot receive incoming calls from Apple Support; they're being suppressed. No ring, no message left; all I see is an email saying Apple is trying to reach me. Does someone have a list of possible Apple phone numbers so I can see if Call Blocking is preventing them from getting through?

Apple iPhone 6s

Carrier VERIZON

Do Not Disturb OFF

Silence Unknown Callers OFF

Silence Junk Callers OFF

Blocked Contacts list is enormous, but none of them are identified as "Apple"

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

I highly doubt those emails are from Apple and I doubt you’re missing any calls. Apple doesn’t make unsolicited calls to customers. Smells like a scam to me.
