Unknown incoming calls

Good day

I just bought 2 iPhones 14 pro max.

My incoming calls are showing unknown and callers are on my contact list.

How can I resolve this? I need to see who is calling me.

Caller ID is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.
