Do not see delete app option

How to delete an app? I only get option to move to App Library. The instructions from Apple do no match what I see when try deleting an app. I do not get the delete option.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

If you click on the red ‘Delete App’ does anything happen? Or is there no Delete app option at all?

Is the phone running the latest OS?

Tried rebooting phone. Did same before and after latest iOS update. Read every article I can find.

Do you have a USB drive connected?

Do you have any files listed under the app?

You may have to contact the developer to ask if uninstall is possible.
