Deleting app

when trying to delete an app, the DELETE button does not appear, only MOVE TO LIBRARY.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

Delete app does not appear I have read the new “deleting app from library,” but when I touch and hold the app until wiggling the “delete app” is not one of the choices. This is a third party app I downloaded from the app store.
