how do I pair a used apple watch 5 I bought? My Apple ID does not work. Says the watch is linked to another ID. Need to reset or delete old ID

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the rules in this link;

If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
