There is NO WAY To add memory to an iPhone. The memory your phone has was fixed at purchase and it cannot be increased. If you are asking about iCloud storage, that is completely different. You need a valid payment method to pay for iCloud Storage. If you don't have a credit card, you could buy Apple Gift Cards and add them to Apple Wallet as a form of payment. You'll have to continually buy cards to keep money in your account.
