Screen keeps going to extra large font on its own

How do I stop my watch from automatically going to extra large font and being unable to reduce it

Similar questions

there are times when my watch zooms out and I have to reboot it to get it back to normal font. Is something wrong with the watch itself or an option to stop this from happening? Why does my watch zoom out and unless I reboot it won't go back to standard font? Any suggestion?

Apple Watch SE screen The font on my watch gets super large and I can't figure out to reset to "actual size." It's too large to see the settings app or anything. The instructions on brightness, font size, etc., don't help., since I can't access settings. How can I reduce the font size?

Watch app tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.
