Apple Watch SE screen

The font on my watch gets super large and I can't figure out to reset to "actual size." It's too large to see the settings app or anything. The instructions on brightness, font size, etc., don't help., since I can't access settings. How can I reduce the font size?

Watch app on the phone;

Tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.
