The front of my watch is coming off and I watched a video that said it was due to swelling of the battery. How do I go about getting it repaired?

Be careful of what you believe on online videos. You need to take your watch to an authorized Apple service center or an Apple Store for examination and diagnosis. If your watch is out of warranty or without AppleCare+ you may need to pay for repairs.
