Apple Watch won’t turn on

Apple Watch will not turn on. Fairly certain the last time I turned it off it had at least half battery. I tried doing a hard reset and no matter how long I hold the buttons the Apple logo never pops up. Tried putting it on charge for around 20 minutes and the screen was still blank. The watch itself was very warm to the touch so that tells me the charger is charging but still nothing. Watch is a little over a month old and hasn’t really been hit or dropped.
