Apple watch and iphone don’t connect with each otherc

after the update of ios 14 my apple watch and iphone don’t connect with each other anymore. My watch was right and the iphone couldn’t recieve the informatie. I tried to detach and reatach both but with no succes. I focus alot on my apple watch and now i lost al the info and all the apps arent syncronised anymore
