Apple Watch series 5, connect back to phone.

So I accidentally erased my data on my iPhone 11. So I used my iPhone 8 to get some of my data back. However during that time, my Apple Watch series 5 was disconnected. It still works (I can play games etc) but I can’t reconnect my iPhone 11 back to the watch.

Then;
